Explanation of Responses:

( 1 )Mr. Lindsay is the Managing Member of Powell Anderson Capital Partners LLC, which serves as the Investment Manager of Powell Anderson Capital LP, and the Managing Member to PACP Jupiter LLC (collectively, the "Funds"). ( 2 )On December 4, 2024, PACP Jupiter LLC acquired 7,346 shares, resulting in the Funds owning 591,481 shares or approximately 10.03% of the outstanding shares. Subsequently, between December 5, 2024, and December 6, 2024, PACP Jupiter LLC acquired an additional 146,084 shares. ( 3 )Mr. Lindsay is the Managing Member of Powell Anderson Capital Partners LLC. As a result, Mr. Lindsay possesses the power to vote and dispose of or direct the disposition of all the 737,565 shares held by the Funds. Mr. Lindsay disclaims beneficial ownership of any of the shares held by the Funds.
