Hunt on December 7, 2006, shares that were indirectly held by both Mr. J.B. Hunt and Mrs. Johnelle Hunt through their respective ownership percentages of the entities having title to the shares are now held indirectly solely by Mrs. Johnelle Hunt as the beneficiary of Mr. J.B. Hunt's ownership of the entities. ( 1 )Due to the death of Mr. J. B. Hunt on December 7, 2006, shares previously owned by Mr. J.B. Hunt were transfered into the J.B. Hunt Marital Trust #2 of which Mrs. Johnelle Hunt is the beneficiary.
