Remarks: On 04/27/2023 the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported 2.90 DRIP shares, 171.3504 DRIP shares of Common Shares in a private purchase or on the open market. The filing of the amendment Form 4 will show a line item showing a holding of 254.88 (indirect IRA) and a footnote saying the 2.90 DRIP shares as of 04/04/2023 were acquired under the Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
