This Amendment No. 6 to Schedule 13D (the "Statement") relates to the shares of Common Stock, $0.001 par value per share ("Common Stock"), of Ring Energy, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Issuer"), whose principal executive office is located at 1725 Hughes Landing Blvd. Suite 900, The Woodlands, Texas 77380.
