Comment for Type of Reporting Person: (1) Shared voting and dispositive power represents 2,941,572 shares of Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by Nomura Global Financial Products, Inc. ("NGFP"). NGFP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nomura Holdings, Inc., which accordingly may be deemed to beneficially own the shares of Class A Common Stock beneficially owned by NGFP. (2) The percent of class is calculated based on 36,685,036 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding as of December 29, 2024, which is the result of 59,281,253 shares of Class A Common Stock issued as of December 29, 2024 minus 22,596,217 shares of Class A Common Stock held in treasury as of December 29, 2024, as reported in the Issuer's quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended December 29, 2024 filed with the SEC on January 31, 2025.
