Comment for Type of Reporting Person:  Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management, LLC ("KAR") is filing this amendment to correct our prior filing dated February 13, 2025, which was filed erroneously under the wrong SEC Central Index Key ("CIK"). We intended to file for a different company with a similar name and a different CIK. KAR does not and has not held shares of Toro Corp. (NASDAQ: TORO, SEC CIK: 1941131).
